INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION SERVICES AGREEMENT & TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

This Agreement sets out the terms governing the international education advisory and admission support services provided by RoutePal NG Limited (“RoutePal“). By signing this Agreement or making payment, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

RoutePal shall provide professional international education advisory services which may include:

Course and career counselling.
Institution selection.
Admission eligibility assessment.
Application processing.
Review of academic documents.
Statement of Purpose (SOP), Motivation Letter and CV guidance.
English language waiver guidance where applicable.
Scholarship guidance (where available).
Tuition payment guidance.
Student visa documentation guidance.
Pre-departure advisory.
General student support before departure.

The services provided shall depend on the package purchased by the Client.

2. ROUTEPAL’S RESPONSIBILITIES

RoutePal agrees to:

Provide professional advice with reasonable care and skill.
Recommend institutions suitable for the Client’s qualifications and objectives.
Prepare and submit complete applications where authorised.
Keep the Client reasonably informed throughout the admission process.
Maintain confidentiality of the Client’s information.
Assist with communication between the Client and the institution where necessary.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Application processing time, tuition, and tuition deposit communicated are estimated and not defined. RoutePal NG is not liable for delays in the institution’s decision-processing time or changes in tuition.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to:

Provide genuine and accurate documents.
Disclose all previous admission refusals or visa refusals where relevant.
Respond promptly to requests for information.
Pay all agreed fees on time.
Review all application documents before submission.
Inform RoutePal immediately of any change to personal information or academic records.

The Client remains responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted.

4. SCHOOL APPLICATION PACKAGE

Unless otherwise stated in the invoice or quotation:

Standard Package: NGN 150,000

Maximum of Three (3) institutions within one country.

Premium Package: NGN 200,000

Maximum of Five (5) institutions within one country.

Platinum Package: NGN 300,000

Maximum of Six (6) institutions within three (3) countries.

Note:

Maximum number of institutions as specified in the service quotation.

Applications submitted to institutions shall count towards the package limit.

Unused application slots cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.

5. CHANGE OF SCHOOL

The Client may request a change of institution before an application has been submitted.

Once an application has been submitted, it shall be regarded as completed.

Where additional institutions are requested beyond the purchased package, additional Professional Fees shall apply.

6. CHANGE OF COUNTRY

A request to change the destination country after RoutePal has commenced processing shall constitute a new engagement.

This is because different countries have different:

admission requirements;
immigration laws;
documentation requirements;
tuition payment procedures;
visa regulations; and
compliance obligations.

Professional Fees already earned shall remain payable.

A new quotation may be issued for the new destination.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

A change of destination country is treated as a new service and not as a continuation of the existing application.

7. CHANGE OF PROGRAMME OR INTAKE

Where the Client changes:

programme,
institution,
level of study, or
academic intake,

after RoutePal has commenced processing, RoutePal shall assess the additional work required.

Where significant additional work is required, additional Professional Fees may apply.

8. PROFESSIONAL FEES

Professional Fees cover RoutePal’s professional services including:

counselling;
institution research;
admission processing;
document review;
application preparation;
communication with institutions;
application monitoring; and
other agreed professional services.

Professional Fees become earned once RoutePal commences work and are non-refundable after processing begins.

9. THIRD-PARTY CHARGES

Third-Party Charges include but are not limited to:

University application fees.
Tuition deposits.
Credential evaluation fees.
Courier charges.
Translation services.
Transcript processing fees.
English language test fees.
Any other fees payable directly to third parties.

Such fees remain subject to the refund policies of the relevant institution or service provider.

10. ADMISSION DECISIONS

Admission decisions are made solely by the educational institution.

RoutePal cannot guarantee:

admission;
scholarship;
tuition discount;
accommodation;
internship placement;
post-study work eligibility; or
graduate employment.

11. STUDENT VISA

Admission into an educational institution does not guarantee:

student visa approval;
residence permit approval;
dependent visa approval; or
future immigration status.

Visa decisions remain solely with the relevant Embassy or Immigration Authority.

12. DEFERRED ADMISSION

Where an institution approves a deferral:

RoutePal may continue supporting the Client under the same engagement where no substantial additional work is required and the deferral is within twelve (12) months.
Where significant additional work becomes necessary, additional Professional Fees may apply.

13. REFUND POLICY

Consultation Fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided.
Professional Fees are non-refundable once processing has commenced.
Third-Party Charges shall be refunded only in accordance with the policies of the relevant institution or provider.
Admission refusal shall not automatically entitle the Client to a refund where RoutePal has provided the agreed professional services.
Service dissatisfaction does not constitute a refund.

14. COMPLAINTS

Any complaint concerning RoutePal’s services should first be submitted in writing.

The parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before commencing legal proceedings.

CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By making payment and filling the questionnaire, you confirm that you understand and accept that:

☐ RoutePal provides professional education advisory and admission support services only.

☐ Admission decisions are made solely by the educational institution.

☐ Admission does not guarantee a student visa.

☐ Professional Fees become earned once RoutePalcommences processing.

☐ Third-Party Charges are governed by the policies of the relevant institution or provider.

☐ A change of destination country after processing has commenced constitutes a new engagement.

☐ Additional schools beyond my purchased package will attract additional Professional Fees.

☐ I have reviewed these Terms, had the opportunity to ask questions and voluntarily agree to be bound by them.
