Refund Policy

This refund policy governs all services provided by Route Pal Limited to its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below:

Withdrawal Within 24 Hours:

If you wish to withdraw your application within 24 hours of requesting a service and your application has not commenced, you will receive a 100% refund of the processing fee.

Withdrawal After 24 Hours and Within 48 Hours:

If you withdraw your application after 24 hours but within 48 hours, and your application has not commenced, 25% of the processing fee will be deducted as bank surcharges, assessment, and/or administration fees.

Withdrawal After 48 Hours and Within 72 Hours:

If you withdraw your application after 48 hours but within 72 hours, and your application has not commenced, 50% of the processing fee will be deducted as bank surcharges, assessment, and/or administration fees.

Withdrawal After 72 Hours:

If you withdraw your application after 72 hours and your application has not commenced, there will be no refund of the processing fee. However, you are entitled to use the service in the future, provided it is within one year of your payment.

Commenced Applications:

If your application has commenced, only the visa application fee and documentation fee (if not yet submitted) will be refunded.

Sales and Promotions:

There shall be no refund for any products purchased during sales (e.g., promo prices, Black Friday). However, the refund value can be used to swap products within the same category.

Vacation Packages:

In cases where a client’s visa is denied or the client wishes to cancel the trip after processing has commenced, 60% of the required initial deposit will be refunded.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days.

Account Name Matching:

Refunds will only be made to the bank account bearing the same name as the one used to pay for the service.

Administrative Fees:

A 10% administrative fee will be charged for refunds related to products or services that could not commence due to situations beyond our control.

Unauthorized Payments:

Route Pal will not refund or be liable for any payments not made directly into the company’s official account.
