These Terms & Conditions govern visa application and other related services provided by Route Pal Limited to its clients. By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms outlined below:
1. Scope of Service
1.1 Route Pal acts as an agent on behalf of clients in the submission of applications for visas and related services to the appropriate institutions and/or immigration authorities.
1.2 Route Pal does not have the authority to grant visas. The final decision rests with the respective immigration authorities.
2. Client Responsibilities
2.1 Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation and information for their application.
2.2 Route Pal cannot lodge an application until all required documentation is received.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Route Pal will not commence any service until full payment is received.
3.2 Fees paid for services are valid for 12 months. After this period, any unused fees are forfeited.
3.3 Payment should be made only to the official Route Pal Ltd bank account. Route Pal is not liable for payments made to any other accounts.
4. Refunds
4.1 If a client withdraws a service request within 24 hours and the application has not commenced, a full refund is issued.
4.2 If a withdrawal occurs within 24-72 hours and the application has not commenced, partial refunds are issued, subject to administrative fees.
4.3 No refund is provided if the application has commenced, except for specific fees not yet incurred.
4.4 Vacation package refunds for visa denial are limited to 60% of the initial deposit.
4.5 Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days and will only be issued to the account used for the original payment.
5. Service Limitations and Liability
5.1 Route Pal bears no responsibility for delays or costs incurred due to:
– Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
– Changes in immigration rules or processing times by authorities.
– Actions or decisions by immigration authorities.
5.2 Route Pal is not liable for third-party mishandling of passports or documents.
5.3 Route Pal shall not be held accountable for any costs incurred during the visa application process, including flights, accommodation, or lost earnings.
6. Visa Reapplication
6.1 One free reapplication is permitted within 12 months of a visa denial.
6.2 Applicable fees for biometrics, appointments, or insurance will be charged.
6.3 Reapplication is limited to the same country, except for Schengen visas, which may be reassigned to a different Schengen country.
7. International Education Services
7.1 Route Pal applies to a maximum of three schools per service fee. Additional applications require payment of new fees.
7.2 Admission letters will only be shared after the client has made full outstanding payments.
8. Vacation Packages
8.1 Hotel payments for vacation packages may be non-refundable. This will be communicated to the client before payment.
8.2 Approved visas for vacation packages will not be released until the client has made the full balance payment.
9. Privacy and Communication
9.1 All client communications should occur via official Route Pal channels. Route Pal is not responsible for agreements made through personal contacts.
9.2 Route Pal reserves the right to share approved visa pages publicly after blurring sensitive information.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 Route Pal’s internal processing time is 10 business days, with express service available at an extra cost (NGN30,000).
10.2 Route Pal may record conversations for quality assurance purposes.
10.3 Fees are non-transferable to other parties.
10.4 Route Pal reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
